A Little About
​Myself.

I am originally from Stamford, CT.  I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Chemistry at High Point University in North Carolina. I then moved further south to Auburn, Alabama where I pursued my Master's degree in Exercise Physiology at Auburn University. I continued in my studies into my PhD where I am anticipated to graduate August of 2021. My current research is in mitochondrial function and oxidative stress. A fun, unrelated to research, fact about me is I participated in Irish dance for 16 years.
